Firestone Complete Auto Care

They took a very long time to change my tires and oil change, but they were very very busy. They gave me a very generous discount and did great work under the pressure. I highly recommend.

This place was super helpful replacing a tire at the end of the day! Walked in and asked for some help and they took care of it. We are from out of town and Bryce was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly so my son could be back on the road!

I had a problem after some mechanical work at another shop and went to Firestone on Plainfield. There I was greeted by the store manager, Matt. I told him the problems and how I was frustrated and worried about the repairs on my car. He immediately calmed my fears and proceeded to tell me how he would help me. The next day I dropped off the car and left. When I returned to pick up my car, Matt again greeted me with a smile and told me the work they had done. Matt explained it to me to me in simple to understand language that a customer needed. Not pure technical talk. He also stated, that I did not owe any money since all my pasts and labor were under warranty. Then something amazing happened. The mechanic, Pinky, came out and explained the work he had done. This is something RARE. A mechanics shop, where both the manager and mechanic speak with you. As I was leaving, Matt again said, “If you have any problems or questions, please call me, I will try to help you!”. The work was professional and friendly. I left feeling relieved, happy and most importantly, felt secure in the work they had done. Firestone, the manager Matt, Pinky, all the mechanics and staff on Plainfield Street are

Out looking at home due to moving and my low tire pressure sensor came on stating I was already down to 25 PSI. Came out of the house I was looking at and was at 19 PSI. Rushed over to Firestone because it was 6:30pm and they close 7pm and asked for a quick patch since I had my kids woth me and no way to leave my vehicle. He immediately went to work even though all his workers went home and patched me up and sent me on my way. I will definitely be back! Great service!
